–Solution – I
EXEC Sp_renamedb  ‘SQLDBPool’,  ‘Jugal’

–Solution – II
ALTER DATABASE sqldbpool MODIFY name=jugal

    We have to rename physical file names also. The above Procedure wont change file names.
